This one of a kind project consisted in creating the Middle East’s first ever panda park and one of the largest in the world. GET Qatar assumed the responsibility of designing and building this unique project. Just 50km north of Doha, the facility was built to accommodate two adult giant pandas on a surface of 16.000 m2 and three main buildings. This state-of-the-art facility was made to carefully balance the needs of the pandas while allowing the visitors to get up close to two lovable pandas living in a spacious custom-built panda house, in supreme comfort inside this magnificent enclosure. Visitors can meet the newest resident giant pandas and find amazing entertainment at neighboring parks.
